[b]Appearance:[/b] Shino takes on the appearance of a attractive young woman who possesses a slender yet obviously fit body from years of constant training and battles; while not physically the strongest it appears to be quite athletic and incredibly flexible. She has jet black hair that has a more punk or 'rebel' style to it as the left side of her head is shaven with the other side being long hair that extends just past her shoulders. Though while not her natural eye color, after various events, her iris' turned scarlet with the remainder off her eyes turning jet black. She wears a simple white tang-top with a black wrap sweater, dark grey shorts, and sandals. While they are not all completely visible her body is covered in both various tattoo's and even more scars. She also seems to have dozens, if not more, of needles scattered around and even inside of her own body and at least a few scalpel's

[b]Personality:[/b] Shino tends to have a very polite and friendly way of speaking to others, having a rather kind or playful demeanor which she uses to tease people to her own amusement. Appearing to have a very kind demeanor who has a genuine sense of empathy for her fellow man, a sense that was useful for when she was a doctor in a past life. Most of her former patients generally described her has almost instantly trustworthy and charming. Though this facade hides something far more sinister and far more sadistic than outward appearance's tell.

Her true mindset is one of drained empathy, a pathological lier, and little to no regard for the lives of her fellow man who's only purpose is to find some sort of amusement in the struggles and strife of those around her, and most importantly one who's personal motives are still unclear or rather are constantly changing. While she holds little value in the ideas of honor she dislikes the idea of easy prey. She is one who is completely aware of her personal ability and how it can compare to that of others though even if backed into a corner she is able to keep a cool head. Whether out of a lack of fear or overabundant ego is anyone's guess.

The idea of anonymity is something important to her as the very idea of someone knowing a great deal about her is somewhat unsettling to her which generally explains her pathological lying and why she tends to have several different identities at any given time. She simply either just does not trust people or does not want to get too far involved with them from the fear of the eventual discovery and betrayal. Her current true mindset however is not something she was born with, while she was always a general delinquent in her younger years her former mindset was much more like her acted personality as it was not until various events taking place that she became the person she is today.

While she is generally one of the darker individuals in the world she does have a few redeeming qualities. One of which is seen by those she decides to make temporary alliances with as she is more than willing to put her own life on the line in order to accomplish whatever goal it is; assuming that the outcome or the fight itself seems of interest to her. She also seems to have, at least a little, empathy for those who are thrust into situations in which they play, or want to part of. When she see's someone injured, whom are not on her bad side, she almost cannot help but give them at least some medical attention and even make sure they stay uninjured beyond that initial assistance. This stemming back to her days as a doctor who would treat anyone that came though those emergency doors.

[b]Nen Name:[/b] Needle Doctor: Blood Minister
[b]Aura Type:[/b] Manipulation
[b]Nen Description:[/b] Needle Doc is a manipulator type Hatsu in which the user creates either utilizes real needles (hypodermic needle) and/or needles created entirely out of Nen (via emitter) or blood. Utilizing manipulator skills the user is capable of firing and freely changing the flight trajectory of these needles at any given moment. These needles most notable ability is their sheer precision and killing potential as, due to their size, they can easily pierce opponents and damage internal organs or arteries. The second usage of this ability is another application of the manipulator component as the user can completely control the actions of any living thing that is pierced by these needles. Once under her control she can give basic commands to them such as tell me A, attack X target, protect Y, or create a disturbance near Z. The needles fashioned by Nen/blood do not seem to be able to enable control over a target though in comparison to their real counterparts they are able to cause far more damage through internal bleeding, damaging vital organs/arteries, and a technique called 'Blood Rupture' which essentially causes the targets blood to converge into a single area, increasing internal pressure and causing veins and arteries to rupture.

When one thinks of a doctor and needles, blood is generally the first thing that always comes to mind and this Hatsu is no exception. When something is pierced by one of these needles it also draws the targets blood and stores it within its hollow innards. If the user then consumes this blood they are able to acquire a incredible amount of medical knowledge of the target as well as being able to know their exact location for the next 7 days, information that will constantly update over that time; body type, gender, age, illnesses, and more. If this ability is combined with her remote needles the user is essentially capable of attacking the target from anywhere on the planet. The user also seems to be able to manipulate their own blood, at least to a limited extent, such as by forcing it to move in the path she wishes in order to increase her speed/agility/strength, quickly stop bleeding, remove poisons, and able to transfuse any type of blood into her own body without rejection. Though this does not seem to work after the blood both leaves her body or loses contact with her skin. Any part that deals with the usage or manipulation of blood is placed under the category of 'Blood Ministration'. This ability seems to also have a sort of passive effect on the users own senses, specifically the sense of smell, as it seemingly allows them to pick out the scent of smell in the air or water around them; though whether this is by the ability itself or from training is unknown.

Shino, as she call's herself now, was born as Anya Price in a district of slums near Yorknew City. To whomever her parents were she either had little contact with them when she was a child or none at all as whenever she thought of the idea of her parents came to mind no sort of image would ever appear. The area that she was thrown into as a child was rough though she, like many other children, where able to get though it by banding together. As a child he would of been labeled as a delinquent as though it was more out of necessity than anything. As the only time she, or the other children, was able to get food or even basic medical attention was when it was taken by force or stolen.

Over her early years she had a countless number of encounters with local police forces though luckily to her advantage she knew of more than a few ways in order to escape their custody as she had been show many times how to pick locks with a assortment of items. Though as she got older the sort of lifestyle she was born into grew more and more tiresome as the neighborhood she lived in got rougher and the police forces much less merciful. It was around this time that she decided to change something about that. To figure out what she wanted to do with her life she browsed the library for anything that peaked her interest and eventually found a medical book on human anatomy. Before long she found that she had a somewhat natural knack for understanding and learning medical related knowledge.

Within the next year she found herself in a medical school with funding from various scholarships and a few more unsavory methods including robbery and blackmail. Though not matter what the method for entrance was the important point was that she was on her way to a better life. By the age of 18 she found herself at the top of her class and in a incredibly selective apprenticeship at a local hospital. Though as with many times before money was always a issue. It also being during this time in which she was introduced to Nen though a series of strange patients and clues in medical books, finding is strange that some people were able to take such a massive amount of damage and have little wounds. After much research she figured out how to, and learned Nen herself though never got past the basics due to a lack of knowledge in the subject.

Out of a string of random events Shino, while she was tending to a emergency room patient discovered that her patient was a Mafia member who had been shot and left for dead in the street. Like any other patient she did what she could and somehow was able to save the man's life. Weeks later after the man had already recovered and left the hospital he returned with his boss who saw the skills that the young woman had. After a short conversation he offered her a job as his families personal doctor which included a substantial raise to what she was making now. Being short on cash she accepted the offer with little hesitation.

For the next 2 years she tended to the Mafia families medical needs, treating countless numbers of gunshot wounds and stabbings and gained quite a reputation to herself for being able to save those who were believed to have been far too gone. Eventually the families head himself was found on her operating table and despite spending hours on the operation he succumbed to his wounds. Despite all logic the family blamed her and decided to exact their revenge on her.

Before she knew it she found herself in a dark room hanging from chains and the idea of hope of surviving it was little to none. For nearly 3 months she endured a countless number of torture and torment methods that slowly broke down her mind further and further with the only things keeping her alive being the basic medical treatment they would give her and countless transfusions after severe sessions. During a blood transfusion, having lost far too much in a earlier beating session, she kicked the guard who was giving her the transfusion and in the small scuffle she was able to break the needle that was imbedded in her arm. Angry and pissed the guard left her to die without finishing the transfusion. With her chance available she used her teeth to tear open a portion of her arm and pry the needle out which she would then use to unlock her shackles.

Within minutes after her breaking out of her shackles and cell there were already 5 mafia corpses laying on the ground and a banged up weak woman walking around the estate with nothing but a bloody scalpel, willpower, and Nen keeping her alive. With what little time she knew she had she made her way on the new family boss, the one who had brought her suffering for the past months and exacted her own type of revenge upon him and disappeared from the estate. When the next person found the boss they found him missing his nose, eyes, fingers, and many other portions of his body; though was left alive to suffer and a bottle of his blood as well as one of his eyes kept by his attacker.

Years later Shino was born as a Amateur blacklist/Contract hunter, one who essentially performs the same duties as one though without a hunter license. Taking on Nen abilities that directly reflected to the events that made her the person she is today.
